PDB & Controller Panels for KNPC EHT Replacement & DTS Works

Contronics was engaged by Almeer Technical Services to engineer and supply PDB and controller panels for EHT replacement and DTS installation works associated with KNPC's industrial infrastructure in Kuwait.

Project Requirement

The project required a coordinated electrical panel package aligned with demanding refinery standards, detailed engineering documentation, electrical heat-tracing requirements and structured inspection procedures.

Contronics Solution

Contronics developed an engineered panel solution covering panel design, electrical documentation, busbar and earthing considerations, cable-entry arrangements, network architecture, panel schedules and integration requirements.

The solution was structured for client review, inspection, factory testing and overseas deployment.

Technical Highlights

  • Panel design coordinated with electrical heat-tracing requirements

  • Busbar, earthing and cable-entry arrangements engineered per specification

  • Network architecture defined for control-system integration

  • Document register maintained through review and approval cycles
